CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Salt
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Soften cheese in milk. Add sugar (1 cup at a time), blending after each addition. Add melted chocolate and salt. Beat until smooth. Frost cake.

will this frosting turn out to look chocolate or a light chocolate? I made on similar and it was light chocolate instead of a real chocolate. what do I do to make a chocolate frosting and use the same recipe above to get a chocolate frosting, whether cooking it on stove or not cooking it.

Excellent icing - at first I found it a bit runny but it ended up setting really nice, it was glossy looking. The colour is light chocolate so I melted more chocolate and drizzled lines all over the top of the finished cake. Finished it off with strawberries dipped in chocolate for garnish.
