EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Soft tortilla shells
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 med. can chili beans
1 can refried beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan and line with tortilla shells (amount used depends on size of shells).

Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease. Spread on top of shells. Sprinkle 1/2 of grated cheese over the hamburger. Mix chili beans and refried beans together and spread over the cheese.

Mix cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes together and pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Taste was a 5, but the actual appearance and ease of dishing is a 1. I would use less beans and more hamburger, b/c the dish makes quite a few servings.
