CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
6 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. water
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Microwave chocolate with water in large bowl at high for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Cool to lukewarm. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Beat in confectioners' sugar gradually until well blended and smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups or enough to frost 2 (9 inch) layers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
