CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE
WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
 
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
4 oz. instant chocolate pudding
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box XXX sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans, optional

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in greased Bundt pan. Cool and top with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix. Add vanilla and beat. Spread on cake. Sprinkle top with pecans.

This is marvelous but I used the triple chocolate cake mix instead of adding pudding and chips. I also added a container of coconut and pecan frosting to the mix. Scrumptious.
