MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a medium-size glass bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on high (full power) for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Microwave on high until mixture is cooked and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes more.

Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes. Press plastic wrap directly onto surface of pudding. Chill. Yummy and a quick dessert!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
