MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk (regular milk)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium size mixing bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Microwave on High until mixture is cooked and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes or 8" baked pie shell. Chill. 4 to 5 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
