FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
8 oz. med. noodles
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Nutmeg

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain. While noodles are cooking melt butter in wide frying pan over high heat until butter is lightly browned. Add 1/2 cup cream and boil rapidly until slightly thickened. Reduce heat. Add noodles and toss gently. Add half of the cheese and 1/2 cup remaining cream. Toss gently. Repeat with remaining cheese. Toss, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
