FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
8 oz. fettuccine, linguine, or med. egg noodles
4 tbsp. (1/4 c.) butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta just until tender; drain. In a heated serving dish, combine all the remaining ingredients. Add the hot, drained pasta and carefully toss to coat well.

Note: If desired, sprinkle pasta with pepper and additional Parmesan cheese.
