BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
4 pork chops
4 med. onions (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Place chops on bottom of casserole, cover with onions and sprinkle with salt. Pour uncooked rice over onions and chops, add tomato soup thinned with water. Bake covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on thickness of chops, at 350 degrees.
