PEPPER POPPERS 
1 (12-16 oz.) pkg. hickory smoked bacon
16-20 jalapenos, cut into halves and seeds removed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. creme cheese

Note: When removing middle of jalapeno do not use your fingers, use a spoon or wear gloves.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Take creme cheese with spoon and fill jalapeno pepper until satisfied. Wrap in bacon and place on non-stick pan. Repeat until all bacon is used. Sometimes I cut bacon pieces in half because they are too big to wrap around small jalapenos.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until bacon is cooked to your liking. Remove.

Enjoy hot or cool. I like them both ways.
