FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bag frozen California Mix vegetables
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower (sm. bag)
3 stalks celery
3 tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
Ripe olives (optional)
Pimentos (optional)

Bring frozen vegetables just to a boil, then drain quickly. Cool. Then add rest of vegetables.

DRESSING FOR SALAD:

2 pkg. ranch mix
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil

Mix and pour over vegetables. Best to make several hours ahead or night before.
