PORK CHOP SKILLET DINNER 
5 pork chops
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
10 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. rice
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Place chops in large skillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 2 drops Worcestershire sauce per chop. Sprinkle 1/2 the rice on pork chops; top with sliced onions and sprinkle on remainder of the rice. Add tomatoes and water; sprinkle with spices. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Add water, if necessary.
