PARTY BAKE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, cut 1 inch thick
4 thin slices of onion
1/4 c. raw rice
1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown pork chops on both sides in a large skillet. Remove chops to a large baking dish, which has been sprayed with Pam. Top each chop with an onion slice, 1 tablespoon rice, and cover with whole tomatoes. Add the rest of the juice from the canned tomatoes to the baking dish.

Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
