SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. yellow squash, cubed
2 or 3 ripe tomatoes or 1 can
1 med. onion

Cook these until tender. Place in casserole dish. Drain extra juice off. Add grated cheese and cover vegetables with this. Add bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Place in oven 400 degrees and cook until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are brown.
