GULLIVERS CORN | |
1 lb. frozen corn 8 oz. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream 1 1/2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Cook corn, simmer 5 minutes and drain. Season with salt and sugar. make a paste with flour and butter. Pour cream over corn in a casserole dish. Mix in paste mixture, sprinkle cheese on top and dot with butter. Warm in oven 10 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees, brown under broiler 2 minutes. |
