BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli, celery, and onion until tender. Drain and add other ingredients except cheese.

Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
