CHEESE BALL FOR THE HOLIDAY'S 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. onion
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
1/3 c. snipped parsley

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and butter - beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in pimento, 1 tablespoon parsley and onion. Chill. Shape into a ball - coat with nuts and 1/3 cup parsley. Makes approximately 1 3/4 cups.
