HOLIDAY PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. drained, chopped pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans. Mix well. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill for several hours. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
