HOLIDAY PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese. Add seasoned salt, green pepper, onion, pineapple and 1 cup of pecans. Mix well. Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill for several hours. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
