PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALLS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped pecans

Let cream cheese set out until very soft. Drain pineapple as dry as possible. Mix all ingredients except pecans. Chill several hours or overnight. When chilled, form into 1 or 2 balls and roll in pecans. Roll in pecans a second time, if desired.
