BROCCOLI CORNBREAD | |
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, run cold water over and drain 2 med. onions, chopped 2 c. cottage cheese 8 eggs 2 tbsp. salt (optional) 1 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped Fold all ingredients together and stir well. Do not use mixer. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes in a 9x13 inch greased pan. |
