BROCCOLI CORNBREAD III 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy or similar muffin mix
4 eggs
4 oz. (1/2 c.) sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1 med. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli

Saute broccoli and onion in butter. Combine muffin mix and other ingredients. Fold in sauteed mixture. Bake in a greased 7x11 inch baking pan at 350 degree for 30 to 35 minutes. May be used as muffins or baked in an iron skillet.
