BROCCOLI CORNBREAD II 
2 boxes corn muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 eggs, beaten

Thaw broccoli, chop fine and drain well. Mix muffin mix, broccoli, cottage cheese, onion and eggs. Melt butter in 13"x9"x2" pan in 375 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Add butter to rest of mix and stir well. Put in pan and bake 45 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees. Yield: 12 servings. Can be frozen.
