2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 13" x 9 1/2" pan and bake at 325 degrees until brown on top, 35 to 45 minutes.
