BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Thaw broccoli. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Mix ingredients and spoon into butter, going all around the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
