CRAB CREAM CHEESE APPETIZER | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (6-7 oz.) can crabmeat 1/3 c. cocktail sauce Wheat Thins Slightly soften cream cheese. Flatten slightly. Drain fluid from canned crab and mix with cocktail sauce. Pour over cream cheese. Surround with crackers. Serve with a small knife to spread crab mixture onto crackers. May garnish with lemon wedges and parsley if desired. |
