TREY'S OYSTER STEW | |
1 (8 oz.) can oysters, drained 1 onion, chopped 1 small Roma tomato, chopped 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 baked potato, chopped some parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 cup milk splash of heavy cream Habanero or Tabasco sauce, to taste red pepper flakes, to taste salt and pepper, to taste Add onion and tomato to oil in saucepan, cook till onion softens up. Add potato and parsley. Cook for a minute. Add oysters, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and seasonings. Simmer for several minutes. Add milk and cream. Eat when warm. Submitted by: Trey Bianchini |
