SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
4 oz. bacon
1 lb. spaghetti
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 lg. onion
4 slices prosciutto
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut bacon and prosciutto in 1/4 inch pieces. Cut onion. Saute bacon, prosciutto and onion until onion is lightly browned. Pour off all fat. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Add spaghetti, already cooked and mix. Add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer on low for 2 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4.
