SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
10 oz. spaghetti
4 oz. bacon
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
4 tbsp. Parmesan

Cut bacon in small dice. Heat olive oil in small saucepan, add the garlic and bacon and brown gently for 3 minutes. Discard garlic. Cook and drain spaghetti. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and cheese and pour in very hot soup tureen. Pour spaghetti in tureen. Add browned bacon and stir well.
