SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 bunch green onions
1/4 c. white wine, optional
3 to 4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. spaghetti

Cook 1/2 lb. spaghetti. Do not rinse. Chop bacon and onions before cooking. Fry bacon, onions and wine and keep hot. Combine eggs, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper in medium size bowl; mix well. When spaghetti is done, combine with egg mix and bacon mix. Serve in large bowl. Serves 4.
