GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 can coconut
1 c. nuts (pecans)
1 box German chocolate cake mix with pudding in mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Grease 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Mix 1 can coconut and pecans. Pour into greased pans. Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour over nuts and coconut mixture. Cream together cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Drop by teaspoon over cake mixture. Be sure not to touch sides of pan, to prevent sticking. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until done.
