FRESH TASTING COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head green cabbage, chopped
1/2 head purple cabbage, chopped
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
3 med. ripe tomatoes, diced
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 pt. jar mayonnaise - Hellmann's
1 tsp. celery seed
6 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. salt

Toss all together in large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour and toss again. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 15.
