FAT FREE SUGAR FREE COLESLAW | |
I love this brand of salad dressing. It is light and free of fat and sugar, both of which are in most coleslaw dressings, and it is offered in several different flavors. 2 to 3 stalks celery 2 apples of choice 1 (16 oz.) bag fresh tri-color coleslaw 1/3 cup broken walnuts 1 (8 oz.) bottle “Skinnygirl” brand fat free sugar free Raspberry Vinaigrette salt and pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon celery seeds (optional) Slice stalks of celery and chop apples into bite-sized pieces. In large serving bowl, empty entire bag of coleslaw. Add celery slices, apple chunks and broken walnuts. Toss well. Pour in bottle of salad dressing and toss again. Taste for flavor, adding salt and pepper accordingly and celery seeds if desired. Chill several hours for flavors to blend. Submitted by: Rose |
