RECIPE COLLECTION
“FRUITY COLESLAW” IS IN:

FRUITY COLESLAW 
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (16 oz pkg) fresh-cut coleslaw (can be in bag from produce section)
1 cup packaged shredded red cabbage
1 cup packaged shredded carrots
1 large peach, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 scallions, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

In a serving bowl, whisk together oil, juice, vinegar, sugar, zest, ginger, salt & pepper until well blended. Add coleslaw mix, cabbage, carrots, peach pieces, scallions and parsley. Toss to coat.

Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Toss just before serving.
