LOW FAT BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. dry buttermilk mix
2/3 c. water

Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl; add oil and milk. Knead dough until mixed. Pat down dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut biscuits.

Bake on a cookie sheet at 450°F until brown.
