Brown 1 pound hamburger; add 1 onion, taco seasoning mix, 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, and 1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Place mixture in casserole dish over crushed taco chips. Place shredded cheddar cheese over top and place in 350 degree oven until cheese melts.
