MEXICAN CASSEROLE (TACO) 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans chili beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (set aside 1 tsp.)
1 can tomato soup
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Brown meat, drain. Stir in seasoning mix, soup and beans. Simmer while preparing topping. Combine Bisquick, cheese, 1 teaspoon taco mix, egg and milk. Pour over meat into 13 x 9 inch pan. Spoon Bisquick mixture on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Any biscuit mix or even homemade biscuit dough may be used.
