3 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. butter 2 egg yolks, beaten 1 egg white 3/4 c. jam or Solo mix (any flavor) 1 c. thick sour cream Sift flour and salt. Mix butter with fork until like coarse meal. Add egg yolks and sour cream until dough forms a ball. Roll dough 1/8 inch thick. Cut in 3 inch squares. Place 1 teaspoon mixture on center of each square and roll up. Place on cookie sheet 1 inch apart, brush top with unbeaten egg whites. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Frost with white frosting while hot. |
