SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread in large, 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. coconut (optional)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter

Mix brown sugar with flour, cut in butter then add nuts. Spread mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
