JANE'S CROUTON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. celery soup
1/4 c. sherry or vermouth
1 c. croutons
3 tbsp. butter

Arrange chicken in greased, shallow baking dish. Place cheese over chicken. Mix soup with wine; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with crumbled croutons. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
