BAKED FILLET OF FISH 
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
4 fish fillets
1 stick butter
dash of soy sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine seasonings and sprinkle on both sides of fish. Make a sauce with the melted butter, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Baste fish with sauce mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Halfway through, turn over and baste again with sauce mixture.

I've made this a few times now. It's easy and tastes great. I mix in white pepper with the black pepper for even more tang.
