BAKED FISH FILLETS 
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Potato buds or cracker crumbs
Melted butter
Salt
Pepper
Fish fillets

In a small bowl, beat egg and water. Dip fillet in egg wash and then in potato bud or crumbs. Lay in pan which has a thin layer of melted butter on bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle remaining wash, buds or crumbs, then butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
