BAKED FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets (haddock or halibut)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. milk
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Cut fillets into serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika and lemon juice. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, seasonings, and milk. Pour over fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
