BAKED FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Cut fillets in serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish; sprinkle with paprika, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Make white sauce - melt butter (butter) over low heat, blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Pour sauce over fillets. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
