BAKED FISH FILLETS WITH HERBS 
1 pound fish fillets
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 egg white
1/2 cup plain low or nonfat yogurt (This keeps the fish from becoming dry)

Combine flour and herbs. Dip fish in egg white, then in flour mixture. Place fish in single layer in baking pan. Spoon yogurt over fish.

Bake in preheated 400°F oven about 15 minutes.
