BAKED FISH FILLET 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. milk
Fine, dry bread crumbs
Butter
Salt and pepper

Place fish in oiled, shallow pan. Add milk and sprinkle with dry bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Season to taste. Bake in moderately hot oven about 20 minutes (350 degrees). 3 servings.

COMMENTS: If you like your fish a little browner, put it under the broiler for a minute or two.
