SUMMER SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 (3 oz.) pkg. DRY strawberry Jello Drain some of the juice from the pineapple. Mix until well blended the cottage cheese, pineapple, marshmallows, and Cool Whip. Then add the DRY Jello and mix well. Chill several hours before serving. |
