AMBROSIA SALAD 
2 bananas, sliced
2 oranges, sectioned & cut into pieces
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped dates
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. coconut

Combine fruits and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator 30 minutes. Toss lightly with whipped cream. Serve on crisp lettuce cups and sprinkle with coconut. Serves 6.
