CAULIFLOWER WITH EGGS 
1 lg. cauliflower
2 c. olive oil
2 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
3 eggs, well beaten

Boil cauliflower until tender. When cooked, cool and cut up in medium pieces. Dip in flour and eggs, then put into the hot oil until it becomes golden brown. Ready to serve.

Makes 5 servings.
