FAMILY SUPPER 
Butter
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced (or 1 can)
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
4 hot dogs
1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Melt butter in a heavy skillet, covering bottom and a bit more. Add vegetables and hot dogs. Cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked and hot dogs are puffy. Uncover and boil away some of the fluid. Spread cheese over vegetables and hot dogs. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes, until cheese melts.
